For more than a decade, Anju Vallabhaneni has been leading the United Software Group, Inc. as its CEO. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Management. With his leadership and business skills, he has overseen the growth of USG, a minority business enterprise that has grown into a company worth $50 million. His vision for next year includes the company reaching $100 million in revenue while staying true to its core values.

Mr. Vallabhaneni and USG support many non-profit organizations. They have a partnership with the Telugu Association of Central Ohio, where he served as its president in 2009; the North South Foundation; the Federation of Indian Associations, and the Shri Saibaba Temple Society of Ohio. They are also involved in veterans’ initiatives, supporting and volunteering with organizations such as the United Service Organizations and Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.

In his spare time, Mr. Vallabhaneni enjoys watching cricket, tennis, and basketball. Aside from being the CEO of USG, he is a loving family man who likes spending time with his family and friends. Mr. Vallabhaneni makes sure that he gets to help their employees in achieving their goals.
